1. First, check that you're on the right network. The Wi-Fi Network name (SSID) and password are listed on the back of the AT&T internet device that was pre-installed in your home.
2. Then, open a new browser window and enter http://io.att.com/.

If you have followed the instructions to connect to your Instant On router and this page does not redirect you to AT&T Internet plans in the next 10 seconds, return to instanton.att.com and select "Thanks, I'm all set" to enter your address manually.

Have a future move-in date?

1. If you're moving into an Instant On property, but your move-date is in the future
1. Return to myinstanton.att.com
2. Select "Thanks, I'm all set."
3. Continue with manually entering your address
